Please identify which cartoon elements you're analyzing and make specific reference about how this element is used in the cartoon. (You do not need to copy/paste the table.)
Symbols: What objects are used as symbols? What do they symbolize?
Caricature: What features or expressions are exaggerated or distorted? What point does this make about the person/people?
Exaggeration: What objects or ideas are exaggerated? What point is made by exaggerating/distorting them?
Stereotypes: What generalizations are presented? How do these add to the point of the cartoon?
Humor: This could be a variety of things - often a play on words, using a famous line or slogan from another context, etc.
Irony: Does the cartoon present irony (what you would expect to be true is different from what is true)? If so, describe it and the point it makes.
